Dessert Drinks on the Rise
Who doesn’t like a liquid dessert? Yes, please! With the boom of these dessert cocktails like chocolate and tiramisu martinis, the trend is to mix alcohol with some sweet liquor like Bailey’s and Godiva Liqueur. However, after the third sip the sugar crush happens and the cocktail is often left abandoned…So we wanted to create a sweet, yet less sugary delight you can enjoy all the way until the last drop! Here’s the secret for the Midnight Cloud
MIDNIGHT CLOUD
Pistachio dessert cocktail
Ingredients
- 1 oz White Rum (we prefer Appleton)
- 0.5 oz Zaya 12 Year Gran Reserva Rum
- 0.75 oz Homemade Pistachio Cordial (recipe link below)
- 1 Whole Eggwhite
Instructions

Pour all ingredients in a cocktail shaker

Add ice and shake vigorously for 10 to 15 seconds

Strain into a Sundae dessert glass

Skewer a Pistachio Turkish Delight and shave some roasted pistachios on top
