Michael Gallop
Born in England, Michael’s irresistible charm and passion for people has ultimately led him to where he belongs – behind the stick. He was a key part of Flair Project’s launch in early 2014 and since then taken the role of an event director. From the initial planning to the final clean up, Michael manages every event with care and precision.
Brendan O'Donnell
The Los Angeles native has a rich experience in the industry, tending bars in Santa Barbara for over 10 years. He joined Flair Project in 2015 and has proven to be one of the hardest working and most entertaining professionals around – the dynamo that gets us going.
Fielding Butler
Fielding finished Flair Project’s academy in 2015 and joined our team shortly after. His passion for the flair style of bartending grows with each passing day. His determination to develop new skills is unprecedented. Expertise, hard work and natural charisma made Fielding a grand slam for Flair Project.
Matthew Pickett
With over 15 years of professional experience, our in house craft cocktail specialist and an absolute bar warhorse “Matt” joined Flair Project in 2016. The Sonoma County native is currently running the bar program at the Intermezzo at the Wine Cask and creating unique cocktails for most of the FP events.
Josue Figueroa
Most versatile member, “Josh” joined Flair Project in 2014 after successfully completing 2 in house academy levels. His bartending skills are only transcended by his stand up aptitude and kind demeanor. Flair Project’s peerless entertainer.
