Sazerac

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Bourbon
  • 0.25 oz Simple Syrup
  • 3 dashes Angostura Bitters
  • 4 dashes Peychaud’s Bitters

Instructions

  1. Rinse an old fashioned glass with Absinthe

  2. Pour all ingredients into a mixing beaker or pint glass

  3. Add ice and stir for 10 to 15 seconds

  4. Strain into a chilled old fashioned glass rinsed with Absinthe

  5. Garnish with lemon twist
