A healty pistachio liqueur
Start by infusing 24oz of pistachios in one liter of Everlcear: Minimum of 24 hours
Pour infusion (including whole pistachio’s) into a saucepan, and bring to a boil over medium heat- until a foam starts forming. Boiling any longer will begin to evaporate the alcohol - decreasing amount of liquid left
Stir in 1 Cup of sugar, 8oz of clover honey, and 2 Cups of water
Turn heat high, stirring frequently to keep honey and sugar from sticking to pan
Bring back to a boil, then decrease heat to medium
Simmer for 8-12 minutes. The longer you keep the mixture on the heat, the denser it becomes
Take off the stove and let the mixture cool down
