Sazerac
Ingredients
- 2 oz Bourbon
- 0.25 oz Simple Syrup
- 3 dashes Angostura Bitters
- 4 dashes Peychaud’s Bitters
Instructions

Rinse an old fashioned glass with Absinthe

Pour all ingredients into a mixing beaker or pint glass

Add ice and stir for 10 to 15 seconds

Strain into a chilled old fashioned glass rinsed with Absinthe

Garnish with lemon twist
