Combine all ingredients, except nutmeg, in a cocktail shaker
Add ice and shake vigorously for 20 seconds
Strain over ice into an old fashioned glass
Garnish with a lemon twist and shaved nutmeg
While you can unquestionably use the liquid from other kinds of beans, I noticed that the chickpea aquafaba delivered the best results for our cocktails so I strongly suggest you stick to it!
