In a cocktail shaker, combine vodka, St. Germain, fresh lemon juice and pear brandy. Add ice and shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds
Stain over a large ice cube (or just a glass filled with ice)
Float the Rose wine by pouring it slowly over a spoon held just above the drink’s surface
Garnish with an edible flower. Chin Chin
If you don't have pear brandy, an ounce of pressed pear juice would be a good substitute.
