One of the most rewarding aspects of being apart of Flair Project has been watching our company grow and receiving recognition. Recently our beverage director Ivo Peshev, was featured in this June’s issue of Santa Barbara Life & Style magazine (Page 80). He was interviewed and “recognized as one of the best bartenders in the western United States.” Ivo talked about working as a bartender, what Flair Project is all about, and what makes his style of bartending unique. This article was written by a respected journalist as recognition of the hard work and dedication it takes to work behind the bar.
